The depth on this model is 10.4 in with the tray closed and 16.8 in if the paper tray door is extended.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bottom depth from back of the printer to the front of the box is about 9 1/4” not including the tray. Tray adds another 4” but can fold up when paper is not in the tray. Top depth from back of the printer to the front of the front of the box is not quite 10 1/2” measured at the center. This does not include the paper stop at the top which can fold all the way in or the bottom paper tray. This is strictly a black and white printer. I love that there is only one cartridge and that I’m not constantly buying ink. Responds well to my old iPad as well as my 8 IPhone. No problem with printed paper dropping back into the bottom to be fed back. Perhaps others who had that problem were not using the paper stop.
