“If you rarely use the printer, Does the toner dry out faster?”

• Because a laser printer like this uses a powdered toner, there's nothing to "dry out". As long as you keep the printer in "normal" environmental conditions (in other words, something you can live in), it'll be fine if you go months between uses.
