“I just receive this printer as a gift. It was purchased it 12/5/18, I have receipt. I just today opened box & started to setup, when I plugged it in - NO POWER What can I do.”

• You can definitely try to check your power outlets and make sure you're plugging directly into a wall socket. If that still does not help, then you may want to exchange it.
