Definitely not. If you use their Instant Ink, it gives you 15 pages a month for free and then adds 10 pages for $1.00 after that. Buying the ink outright is very expensive.

And even if it was, the cost of the ink would eat you alive-about $450 each month. A much better choice would be something like the OfficeJet Pro 9025 https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-officejet-pro-9025-all-in-one-instant-ink-ready-printer-gray/6320040.p?skuId=6320040 which is more money up front, but considerably cheaper per page to run. Plus, it's engineered to do that kind of printing load.
