I was able to install the app on my iPad and iPhone (you can interface with the printer through the HP app using your phone). There are multiple platforms for the app and you should easily be able to download the correct one for your Android phone. You will need WIFI if you wish to setup a network (you can use the app to complete this task too). Once setup is complete, you can print items from your phone or utilize any of the available settings on the printer. Hope this helps answer your question and best if luck!
