“Does this printer come with a USB2 cable to hookup directly to the computer ? I really don't care for wireless hookup, the type usually isn't the greatest.”

• No you need to buy separete.

• It does not include a USB cable but any cable from your previous printer should work. It uses a standard USB a to b cable.
