“Have HP 5530 printer that will not print on 81/2/11 foto paper. How does the 3830 do with 8 1/2 x11 foto paper? PS I spent hours on the phone with HP support. They gave up - could not figure out why the 5530 would print on 5x7 but not 8 1/2 x11.”

• Usually only print on 4x6 photo paper. When I have used on 8 1/2 X 11 photo paper, they come out great.

• Your 5530 does support 8.5x11 printing. It is up to your application to have the paper size listed. You should be able to create a custom profile for the paper size.
