“I have this printer and it says it can fit 8.5 papers but mine doesn’t. Anyone have an answer for this?”

There is a paper width guide on the tray that increase or decrease to fit various widths of paper. Your paper width guide must be open wide to fit the standard 8.5" paper. After inserting the paper, slide the paper-width guide to the right until it stops at the edge of the paper Here's what the printer can use: Letter - 8.5x11" Legal - 8.5x14" 4 x 6 in 5 x 7 in 8 x 10 in No. 10 envelopes
