A:Answer Have you made sure the ink cartridge is inserted properly. Take a non-fibrous material (like the ones that come with eye glas cleaners) and clean the contacts on the ink cartridge, make sure not to use anything else, it will interfere with the connections. One last thing to try, make sure there isn’t anything clogging the holes between the ink cartridge & the printer, you can wipe these with paper towel, be gentle though. Good Luck!
