“put in new HP ink for 8025 printer. Screen says "cartridge problem. Took out ink and put it in again. Same message. Is the printer no good”

Did you buy your replacement cartridge from a reputable source? Also, I would start with the basic. - Have you restarted the printer? - Have you tried the old ones? Did they give the message as well? - Did you try swapping the bad ones for a new set and test? I previously purchased off brand ink cartridges, and I was seeing similar issues.
