QuestionI have this printer, recently unsubcribed from the ink program. (it required me to join the paid program). Now the printer will not let me print anything because I'm no longer subcribed to the monthly fees. Can it be used without the fees?

- Answer Hello, thank you for the question. The HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e can be utilized without being enrolled in HP Instant Ink. Once unsubscribed, the HP Instant Ink cartridges will not work after the end of the current billing cycle. Since you have unsubscribed from the service, you will just need to replace the existing cartridges with regular HP 910 or HP 910XL cartridges.

QuestionAre the printer heads damaged if the HP Brand cartridges aren't used? My HP8610 Pro was printing perfectly until Windows 10 updated. HP said that the printer is no longer supported, no driver update. Any input/help appreciated.

- Answer I had a Windows 10 Update it messed up many things including my printer. So, the last time my printer was toast after the update I felt it was in my best interest to stop the updates. I would definitely use the cartridges that are called for use with your product. But it seems certain devices do not do well after the Windows 10 updates. If my info is correct HP is trying to help fix these problems. My Sister had her HP printer say the same thing yours did and she had just bought it. Hope this helps and not too much info.
