• There should be no issue getting this printer to work with a GX620. I have a GX620, but connects to the printer via ethernet (hard-wired) and print s fine.

• Have you tried Best Buy tech support or HP customer service. The latter is without a doubt the best I've utilized.

• That is a problem on your side. This printer and almost any printer that I know of will work with your Dell, regardless of model. Not being able to get the CD to run or download the drivers is operator error most likely. It definitely does not have anything to do with the printer.
