I don't have this issue with mine. Please consider unplugging your router and modem for like 10 minutes then plugging them back in. Also how close are the router and printer? It is possible a signal booster may be needed. Perhaps contacting HP is a good idea, too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There could be many reasons for wireless connections dropping. Keep in mind that wireless connections are not designed to be a "always-connected" network - there are typically leases that expire and connections get dropped. The biggest reason for dropped connections is interference. Interference can be from many sources but most likely from BlueTooth devices and microwave ovens. Keep note of what is going on when the connection drops. I m not sure why you are required to re-install drivers on the computers. The best thing to do, if possible, is to reboot the computers once a day. This can reset the wireless lease each day and you should get better performance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I set my printer up on WIFI network and have used it for about one month with no problems. The printer is in the same room as my router so that might be the reason it has not lost connection. Even if it did all I would have to do is sign back in with my router password.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this problem in the past. After hours of trouble shooting I noted that both the printer and my wireless driver in my computer had recent updates. After I updated the printer software and computer wireless driver, I had no further problems. I used the HP print scan doctor to locate and upload the needed software updates.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HP has a Diagnostic Software and HP Print and Scan Doctor software, both of which you can download from HP's Website. I had the same issue...this resolved it ..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have the same problem with our HP 8600 wireless printer with 3 computers connected to it (one hard wired, the other 2 wireless) and haven't been able to figure out how to correct the problem. We have to turn the wireless off and then turn it back on. But the same problem resurfaces daily. Now we don't even try to print using the wireless.
