How good is the picture scanning resolution null

I got this printer primarily for the scanning capabilities. Excellent resolution. Can save file to my network so it makes it very convenient to retrieve for emails.

The scan in the HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 has a very high resolution and the pictures are extremely clear and sharp.

From what I have had (from an all in one 4500 series which wasn't too bad to an envy model the scanning came out much better. This all depends what you (The person reading this has to take in to consideration what brands and models you/they have had in the past). My opinion is that it works really well and shows the resolution difference, especially for a quicker print out. Keep in mind the type of brightness of paper also helps a 92 is what I use but if you go to a higher grade or brightness level it should be a little better. Hope this helps!! Still enjoying & loving this new model printer as well as experimenting with it !!

On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give it a 8..
