• Not easily. The software is not compatible. There's a patch on HP website but it was very difficult to install and the software kept crashing. It was very easy to use with Windows 7, 10 and a MAC.

• The best way to find if any printer will work with your operating system, is to look on their website. HP is easy to look up. Go to their support page, look for drivers downloads, type in the model number, and match the operating system. If it doesn't show XP (or whatever os), it won't work.
