HP Warns against aftermarket ink. I used aftermarket cartridges on my last printer - an HP 8020, and they fried the electronics in the printer and I had to replace it !! DO NOT use them, unless you want to spend money to replace it !!

In 2023, there is no reason to use remanufactured or after market cartridges that are not guaranteed to work with your printer every time and typically do not provide high-quality results. Genuine HP ink is always recommended for superior print quality and printer health, and they work every time. With the HP+ printers like the OfficeJet Pro 9015e, there is an offer of a free second year of product warranty - when you use genuine HP ink. That's not a problem, as the printer also comes with an offer of free ink for 6 months. After 6 months you may find the delivery service more economical than purchasing cartridges in store, as the paid delivery service saves about 50% in ink costs. Try it - you can change or cancel at any time.
