For your current printer, the HP LaserJet Pro P1102w Printer, you can get the Windows 10 drivers by going to https://123.hp.com/setup. Or you can get the drivers from this website: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-pro-p1102-printer-series/4110394/model/4110306 If you are still having issues, I would recommend using the HP Print and Scan Doctor to help diagnose the issue.
