“I bought the HP 9025 after having already bought the 9020. Neither one will print on letter paper. It cuts off the top of the print. I have talk to HP support and it’s still not working correctly. Does anyone know why it would be doing this on 8.5 x 11””

I had somehow messed up the lid to my printer and it wasn't square on its hinges. It kept printing without the first four lines. When I reset the lid in the hinges, it worked perfectly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure your margins in your doc is set to within printer capabilities. Another reason might be if you are printing a PDF doc, then make sure you choose the Fit option rather than Actual size. You may try Shrink oversized pages also. These options are available when you choose Print on the document. If you are trying to print a .pdf doc from a web page, save it to file first, then open without the web page and try those options.
