It came with a 3-month supply. Then I prefer to buy my own HP ink cartridges, so that I can replace the cartridges on my own schedule, rather than the HP Instant Ink program.

The HP OfficeJet 9125e printer, like all new HP ink jet printers, includes a set of setup ink cartridges in the box with the printer. They have lower page yields than replacement cartridges, so i you elect not to subscribe to an HP Instant Ink print plan (where you save up to 50% on ink and never run out), we recommend buying a spare set of cartridges, or at least a spare black cartridge, to ensure you don’t run out.
