“I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 that is 3 years old. It is not printing heavier cardstock (80 lbs and more) It will only print 65 lb cover stock. Will this printer print 110 cardstock? Does it have a straight through paper path?”

Hello and thank you for the question! The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e printer is rated for Card Stock paper up to 90-110lbs. The paper is pulled from the tray, fed through the feeder internally, and then output on the output tray.
