• Get familiar with the program Ryzen Control, I have presens for undervolting and casual work vs gaming and intensive productive work. Allows the laptop to run cooler

• Yes, the settings are adjustable. Usually, the easiest thing is to set everything to auto so it can mange things like fan speed automatically.
