Thanks. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with HP support the other night and we updated all the drivers, BIOS, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. The ticket was escalated but didn't hear anything for two days after that so took a chance and exchanged at Best Buy. New one works fine.
