Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe it can be upgraded to 32. I'm not sure about 64 but the model I purchased can go up to 64. It also is the Ryzen 7 5800h but the graphics is 3070. I would assume these models are basically the same and can go up to 64. The hp website they only offered up to 32 for my model but I've watched a few YouTube videos where it was upgraded to 64
