• Here's what I found on the official nvidia reddit website (The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 mobile GPU in upcoming HP Omen 15 gaming Max-Q(80W or 90W) version of the RTX 3070, not the Max-P version(115W or 150W). So yes the hp omen gpu is max-q and not max-p
