“i just bought this and when i first opened it the keyboard lit up and now it won't, and i can't figure out how to fix it help please.”

• Ok so you press and hold the fn (function) key and then you can hit the key with the keys lights icon on it. That will turn your key backlit back on. And the fn key works for more as well, like your volume keys. Hope this helped!
