Q: Questiondanrdz77 installed 32 GBs on 15-ce015dx . The memory upgrade tool I found did not list any 32 GB modules. I used the crucial tool and selected “HP Omen 15” since it did not list OMEN 15-ce015dx. Can you recommend a memory upgrade tool and what to enter?

It seems to be the right manual for this laptop. If it is the correct manual for this laptop, it lists spare parts below: Memory module Description Spare part number 8 GB 862398-850 4 GB 862397-850 2 GB 864271-850 Memory Support for 16384 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz system memory in the following configurations: 16384 GB (8192 GB × 2) 12288 GB (8192 GB × 1 + 4096 GB × 1) 8192 GB (8192 GB × 1) 8192 GB (4096 GB × 2) 6144 GB (4096 GB × 1 + 2048 GB × 1) 4096 GB (4096 GB × 1) I see the part numbers needed to purchase extra RAM. I do not see that it supports 32 GBs of RAM in this manual. In another question, someone said he successfully installed 32 GBs of RAM.

• A:Answer I don't think bestbuy does that. It would be a different model, however I'm not sure if they produce one. Personal experience, the screen on this model is quite dim with a lot of light bleeding and juttering on dark web pages.

• A:Answer I've only owned this for a day, but i went on a long gaming session last night. The speakers are placed just above and in front of the fan exhaust so the noise from the fans are almost completely silenced by the speakers. The fans are not that loud to begin with either. However, i did notice the WASD keys got a little warm from the gpu/cpu temp after playing for so long. It didn't become uncomfortable, but it was noticeable. I played overwatch using only the addition of a usb mouse for 6 hours.

• A:Answer It will always store on C, unless you choose to do D. If you install Steam, put it on D and all the subsequent games try go to D. I only use C: for windows, everything else I select D.
