“Did anyone notice that the Intel 6700HQ I7 processor has the Intel HD530 graphics chip builtin? Even though the specs say discrete why are there 2 GPUs?”

• Yes, it does have the built in GPU but the laptop utilizes the discrete 960M and bypasses the HD530. Most desktops have integrated graphics chips too but once you add a discrete one, it takes precedence.

• The i7 has an integrated graphics chip. However, within the nvidia panel, you just set the 960m as the dedicated graphics card.
