“Does anyone with this HP Omen 15" experience the fan running continuously even when the laptop is not doing anything? I've had mine for 2 days and the excessive fan running and associated noise is driving me nuts.”

check to see if there is a bios update for you i had same issue until update

Yes my wife stuff too they said it was because the processor is still running
