I’m playing warzone on high setting just upgrade from 8gb ram to 16gb and you’ll be fine.

The computer meets or exceeds all the recommended specs for playing Fortnite, so unless you've got a lagy internet connection or have everything cranked up to maximum settings, you should have no problem with lag.
