Without knowing the exact model number to check the specs, it's impossible to tell you if the version of the computer you have can handle those upgrades. There have been a number of different models that roughly fit your desciption. Some may have power supplies that can handle the extra power needed by a 3060, while others might not. The "Ryzen 5" processors come in several generations, and the CPU socket on the motherboard may not handle a 5950X processor
