You can definitely add RGB strips to it, but there is a cavoite for it. If you're getting more RAM cards, I do not recommend Kingston Fury. I know the pc comes stock with 1 Kingston stick, but the lighting features and app for Kingston Fury are horrible. I regretted getting more of those sticks. As of the RGB strips, make sure you get the proper connectors. There are 4 (4pin GBR headers) in the pc. 3 of them are on the bottom right conner and 2/4 will already be in use... I recommend Speclux lights since they come with 3 different connectors.. But be quadruple certain what connectors you need and orientation to plug them in. I fried my RGBs by not double checking the orientation when I plugged new lights in.
