• I couldn't get this monitor to swivel left and right. It moves left and right from the base, since the bottom of the stand seem to move pretty easy.

• You may have the orientation of the monitor outside of the position where you are able to swivel. Try turning the monitor in the opposite direction

• When my 27QS monitor is facing me in it's regular positioning it swivels left and right. I've not flipped it vertically and tested that way yet.
