• I'm sitting in front of it and I just grabbed a tape lowered it all the way it is 16 and 1/2 inches at its lowest point

• The minimum height is about 16.5 inches from the top of the monitor to the surface it's sitting on.

• I had to use a monitor stand because this monitor didn't go high enough for eye level. Since I'm 5' 5" without using the monitor stand, the monitor didn't go high enough, (for me).
