Yes, you should be able to find replacement panels for this monitor, and depending on where you look, the price may vary. If the monitor came with a cracked panel, though, I would recommend bringing that up with Best Buy and/or the Geek Squad. (Seeing as your question is already 6 months old, I assume you have resolved your issue, so the rest of my answer is for future and informational purposes). With the Total Tech Membership from Best Buy, this situation can easily be fixed. This membership would cover the cost of the repair and the parts necessary for replacement. Even without this membership, if you report the damage within the allotted time provided on the receipt, there is usually a warranty of some kind that covers out-of-the-box damages that occur shortly after purchase/receipt of the product.
