• You can't achieve 240hz with an HDMI cable with this monitor so you want to use a display port cable if possible anyway.

• Thank you for reaching out. The HP Omen 27qs monitor does not come with an HDMI cable, but a DisplayPort cable is included. If there was no DisplayPort cable in the box, please reach out to Best Buy directly to assist.
