Has to have something to do with you PS5 settings in my opinion not the monitor

I don't have a PS5, I'm a part of the PC master race lol.... but here's what I've deducted... when I run an HDMI I'm stuck at 60.... when I use my display port connector (forgot the exact term) I get 144.... now onto the research part, Playstation only recognizes monitors with VESA support. In short, if it doesn't support VESA, you're stuck at 1080p@60 and the most you can get out of a PS5 is 1080@122 or something with a monitor that does support it. And to be honest, idk if our monitors do. I tossed my owners manual, but if you look somewhere around the factory specs, might say if it's VESA supported. If it is, then does PS5 have a Display port connection? Might be cable related.
