The monitor has an HDMI 2.0 input, and according to the Mac Mini specs, it has an HDMI 2.0 output, so you'll be able to connect them directly.

The monitor also has a USB-B port that you can connect to a computer to utilize the two USB-A input on the back. For the Mac Mini, I wouldn't recommend it with this monitor unfortunately as you won't get the best out of it with your current setup.
