Thank you for the question. The Omen 40L GT21-0014 Gaming Desktop has 1 HDMI and 3 DisplayPort™ connections. The 12th generation i5-12400f has more cores and threads than the i5-7400 and you should experience an increase in speed, however, there is no single way to measure the performance of a computer processor today. Multiple technologies are in play and a processor can be really fast for one task and less fast when doing something else.
