“Is it safe to use a gpu like this. I thought gpus had names like EVGA or ASUS in front of it? And it doesn’t look like there’s any fans on the card. Would this card work if you put in on another build?”

• It appears to be HP's version of the 3060 Ti and yes there are 2 fans on it.
