You most likely meant this exact PC with these specs. The Omen Obelisk series has been out for a while. However, this version with the i7 9700 and GTX 1660 Ti is a new release for this year. The 9th generation Intel processors were released in April 2019, so I'm imagining this version of the Obelisk came out shortly afterwards.
