If they are an external mouse and keyboard that are compatible with Windows 11 with either USB A or USB C ends, they will work. For the monitor, it needs to either have a HDMI or DisplayPort input to work with it. Would recommend looking at monitors in the store as you can get a better idea of what resolution and display type you prefer. You can also use a TV that has HDMI input.
