“I recently asked if I could add rams I was told I could but I’m having the blue screens which means that the Rams is not compatible. Could you tell me some rams that are compatible with the computer? I’m trying to at least add 32 extra ram.”

Thank you for the question. The GT21-0314 comes with all slots filled - 64GB in total. Your error code may be the result of incompatible RAM. You should be using HyperX 64 GB DDR4-3733 MHz XMP RGB Heatsink RAM. Please reach out to Support.HP.com or the Geek Squad for assistance.
