- Answer No, you shouldn't have to use an Ethernet cable. The computer does have built in WiFi and Bluetooth capability. Probably your best option would be to contact the HP support team directly, so they can work with you in real-time.

- Answer Yes, it has WiFi capability. Make sure that you're entering the password in correctly, and also that it's trying to connect to your WiFi network (depending on where you are, the computer may see several WiFi signals, and is trying to hook up with a different network.

QuestionHow do I control the RGB lights? Like is there an application on the desktop if so what is it called?

- Answer You have two different apps you can use on the Desktop to adjust the lighting. The first is the OMEN Gaming HUB which will be preinstalled on the computer. The second is the OMEN Light Studio which you would have to download, but it is free. The difference between the two is that the OMEN Gaming HUB focuses on the devices individually, the Light Studio allows you to set it up so that you can control not only things like the OMEN Desktop, mouse, keyboard, and monitor, but you can also add HUE lighting into control zones.
