Can you add a second or third SSD? null

The board on this has two M.2 2280 Key M slots, one of which is already occupied by the factory-installed SSD connected to a 4x PCIe 4.0 bus. The tower can accommodate up to two 3.5" SATA hard drives. You can install two 2.5" SATA solid state drives along with the respective mounting brackets. This will give a total of four SSD drives with two of them M.2 drives and the other two are SATA.
