• No this came with Windows 11, which I quickly removed and installed Linux Mint as an operating system. No Microsoft Windows for me!

• No new computer will have Win10; they're all Win11 now. You can backwards load Win10, but you will be opening yourself to possible security issues, and your system will probably be constantly nagging you to update (if possible). If you insist on Win10, your best bet would be to buy an older, used computer that CANNOT update to Win11.
