A:AnswerI bought this exact model from Best Buy and immediately cracked it open to install more RAM. It has an empty bay and connectors for a 2.5" SATA SSD.

A:AnswerWindows 10 Home. Windows 10 S computers allow for free upgrades to Windows 10 Home but the caveat is that you can't downgrade back to Windows 10 S.

A:AnswerMaybe, who knows. I know Best Buy has extended their return time till January I think, so if it goes on sale you can do a price match.
I paid 699.00 for mine, it went on sale 2 days later and I contacted Best Buy and they gave me a 106.00 refund.
A:AnswerI just opened it up last night. Under a piece of plastic that you need to peel back, you will find that there are two slots and only one has a 8 GB card and the other is open. You can Youtube how to open the Pavilion. The chip is a Samsung M471A1K43DB1-CWE running at 3200 Mhz. You need that exact chip because AMD CPU's don't handle differences in RAM as well as Intel (according to my IT friend who helped me out last night). You can also easily add another SSD drive while you're in there.
