Yes, you would need to remove the 2 4GB DDR4-2933 SDRAM modules to upgrade the RAM to 16GB. You would need to buy 2 X 8GB 3200MHz 1.2v DDR4. There are many brands available. As for what kind you can use any 2933 mhz ddr4 ram all the way up to 3200 mhz ddr4 ram. You can use those and anything in between. Just keep in mind no matter what u use it will always default back to 2933 mhz. That is the max speed it can actually do. It just happens to be compatible with 3200 mhz. I can't give you an exact name because there are too many options
