Good question. The Pentium processor is a good choice for undemanding tasks. Undemanding tasks mean just about everything, except gaming and video editing, 3D rendering and other intensive applications. If you need to do any of those mentioned tasks, I would recommend an Intel Core processor. I hope this helps.
