“Is this model ready to go as wireless and will it automatically detect my wireless HP ENVY Photo 7855?”

• Took it out of the box- plugged it in- logged in all of my sites and starred them- good to go- I now have a cannon printer with a cord to plug in and have had no problems at all

• This all in one computer is wireless. You will just need to add the printer to your computer. I would recommend visiting https://123.hp.com/setup to set up the printer.
