Hello, this all in one has the fastest processor that an all in one has available, and also a large amount of RAM, and solid state drive. Traditionally using programs such as 3D modeling the device would have a dedicated graphics card. This device should be able to work with the programs you are desiring but if for some reason it does not you have 14 days to use the device and if it does not meet your specifications you can exchange this another device.
